Choosing the best MBA program for you

As you know by now, business school is all about career goals. It’s all about where you want to be, and you want to choose programs that will help you get there. That doesn’t always mean top-5. For instance, if you’re going into entertainment and media, UCLA and NYU Stern are the best schools in that area. It may not be that top-5 will get you where you want to go. So you need to do your research. How do you do that? If you live really far away from campus, you don’t need to go all the way onto campus. These schools all travel to major cities around the globe. They also have webinars and expo-type fairs, so you can hit them up all at the same time. Then, you want to talk to current students or recent alums about their experience and make sure that this is a community that you can really see yourself being a part of.
