I am the founder of Sage Admit, a graduate business admissions consulting firm. I have over 15 years of experience in higher education and admissions consulting, and have helped applicants earn spots in all top MBA, MSBA, and MSF programs.
With a master’s degree in psychology, I started my coaching career at Columbia University, where I advised undergraduates as an Advising Dean. I later moved downtown to NYU Stern, where I was an Associate Director of MBA Admissions. As part of the Admissions Committee, I actively recruited domestic and international applicants, reading 400+ candidate files and interviewing 100+ applicants, annually. I left in 2015 to start my own consulting firm because when I saw applications fall short, I had a burning desire to help the applicant retell their story in a more compelling way. As I enter my tenth season, I have seen it all: successful reapplications, last minute waitlist pulls, and sub-3.0 GPA’s getting into M7 schools. I have also helped clients secure over $5M in scholarships.
I feel honored to do this work full-time, and bring a hands-on, down-to-earth approach to coaching, with a focus on nailing the end-to-end strategy. Consistently referred to as a ‘cheerleader’ and ‘deep listener’ by former clients, my goal is to help you uncover your unique stories, find your voice, and discover your worth. I have a particular interest in promoting diversity and inclusivity in business and have been invited to speak at the Reaching Out Pre-MBA Conference, Forté MBA Launch, MBA Insider Podcast, and MBA Waves. I am also a proud member of AIGAC, the Association of International Admissions Consultants, and recently earned recognition as one of Poets & Quants top consultants (2023, 2024).
After 20 years in NYC, I recently moved to suburban New Jersey, where I live with my husband and daughters. I meet clients virtually.
